Partnership Awards

The OLMP created The Partnership Award, formerly the Pothole Award, as an incentive for agencies to use the labor-management process as a vehicle for service-delivery improvements. Partnership Awards recognize partnerships that develop meaningful projects and initiatives which significantly improve service delivery to residents and enhance the workplace for DC employees.

To be considered for a Partnership Award, a partnership must be active and functioning and have initiated/implemented a project with measurable and verifiable improvements. Candidate projects should identify and improve an acute service issue or significantly enhance the workplace environment for employees resulting in notable overall service delivery improvements.

OLMP presents monetary awards ranging from $1,000–$3,000 to the top three partnership projects. These funds can be used to further partnership activities and programs.
